Treatment Matching Services

Finding the right treatment center can make all the difference in both an individual and a family’s recovery. After a thorough assessment, we’ll help you find treatment that is the right fit from both a clinical and financial perspective and addresses your specific needs and recovery goals, putting you on the the path to success.

Please note that we are NEVER paid by treatment centers for admissions referrals. We are committed to helping you find the treatment that’s right for YOU.

Case Management and Advocacy

Having a loved one in treatment can be a stressful time, and it can be challenging to make sure that your loved one is getting the right care. With our case management and advocacy support, we’ll supervise the treatment process for your loved one from admission through after-care.

As clinicians, we bring a level of expertise and understanding to the table and are able to have constructive, clinical based conversations with the treatment team as your loved one goes through the treatment process. We’ll ensure that your loved one is getting the proper treatment and that all of their clinical needs are being addressed, helping you to rest easy that your loved one is getting the support they need to thrive. This extra layer of care prevents early discharge and non-compliance in the treatment process and ensure that your loved one feels heard, validated and cared for throughout the continuum of treatment.

Transport-Door to Door Services

Once your loved one agrees to treatment, you still have to get them there. If they’re in a state of crisis, they’re not fit to go alone, and having a family member take them can lead to unnecessary drama and acrimony.

That’s why we offer door-to-door transport services so you can rest assured that your loved one will arrive at treatment safely and without incident. Travel time spent with a compassionate transport professional is an excellent opportunity for your loved one to begin the treatment process on a positive and supportive note.
